We're looking for a Senior Quality, M&P who is passionate about continuous improvement, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional experiences. In this role, you'll analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, leverage data to drive decisions, and partner across teams to ensure quality standards and compliance expectations are met.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support surveys, training, customer support, performance evaluation, and other efforts that improve how work gets done.
- →Be a champion for continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
- Spot process gaps and recommend practical improvements that strengthen efficiency, quality, and overall effectiveness.
- Dig into root causes and help implement corrective actions that solve issues and prevent them from recurring.
- Turn ideas into sustainable improvements that create measurable impact.
- Listen to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to uncover pain points and improve the overall experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design future-ready solutions that are simple, effective, and scalable.
- Use metrics, trends, and outcomes to guide smarter decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that support performance, quality, and business goals.
- Keep process documentation clear, current, and ready to support audits, reviews, and improvement efforts.
- Help ensure work aligns with applicable standards, regulations, and quality best practices.
- Move improvement projects forward from planning through execution.
- Bring internal partners and vendors together to implement solutions and improve outcomes.
- Keep deliverables, timelines, budgets, and business priorities on track.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in quality, process improvement, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a related field.
- You enjoy looking at how work gets done and finding smart ways to make processes better.
- Strong problem solver who can get to the root of an issue and help drive lasting solutions.
- You use data, metrics, and insights to make informed recommendations and guide decisions.
- You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across teams to move work forward.
- You communicate clearly, stay organized, and know how to document details that keep work on track.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in quality, process improvement, or project management are a plus.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or quality management systems will help you succeed in this role.

Our Senior Quality/M&P/Process jobs earn between $105,600.00 - $158,400.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
