Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff – Device Analytics and AI

We are seeking an AI Applications Engineer to develop AI-driven solutions that leverage our enterprise AI platform and future AI products.

• →Design and develop AI-powered applications using enterprise AI platform capabilities.
• →Build intelligent workflows integrating LLMs, APIs, and enterprise data.
• →Develop customer-facing and internal AI solutions leveraging device and network intelligence.
• →Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver production AI use cases.
• →Integrate AI services with backend APIs and enterprise systems.
• →Evaluate emerging AI technologies and rapidly prototype new capabilities.
• →Monitor application performance and continuously improve user experience.
• →Support AI governance, security, and responsible AI best practices.

• Experience developing enterprise software applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience integrating APIs and cloud services.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI Agents, or GenAI frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• 1+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building AI or data-driven applications.
• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of customer data, device analytics, or network analytics is a plus.
• Passion for building innovative AI products at scale.
