Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox, the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys, the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds, and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds. Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC.

The Aberdeen IronBirds are seeking a part-time mascot performer for game days, events and public appearances.

Qualifications

Height range; 5' 6" to 6' to fit into costume comfortably
Energetic, creative, expressive and able to entertain and interact with guests of all ages
Ability to work up to 42 IronBirds home games if needed
1-2 years experience as a mascot performer preferred
Ability to care for and maintain mascot suit as needed
Agile and physically fit enough to maintain steady performance level during games and in extreme heat
Additional performance skills such as magic tricks, juggling, pantomime, use of creative thinking or improvisation are a plus
