Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC.

Job Description

The Aberdeen IronBirds are seeking an experienced baseball scorer for amateur and professional baseball games played at Ripken Stadium for the 2026 season.

Qualifications

Ability to adapt and keep pace with an active and robust control room environment
5+ years of comprehensive experience scoring baseball / softball games at a high level (professional / college) preferred
Knowledge of baseball rules is paramount
Gameplay acumen and experience to make judgement calls to keep the game accurate and moving forward
Organized, professional and punctual
Available for up to 25+ games for the season
Availability to score for outside baseball / softball events / tournaments if needed

Preferred Skills

Multiple seasons managing or coaching experience (minimum competitive high school conference play) a plus
Experience stadium gameday equipment including but not limited to; Daktronics scoreboard, DakStats, pitch clock a plus
