Full Stack Software Engineer

Data-Powered Web Applications

We're hiring a full stack engineer to build data powered web applications on top of our CX and marketing data stack. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, application development, and analytics. You'll own features end to end, from piping raw event data into our warehouse to shipping polished, AI-driven user-facing products.

You'll build and ship full stack applications in React and Next.js deployed on Vercel, backed by Snowflake and supporting data infrastructure. On any given week you might be architecting a new customer-facing dashboard, writing complex SQL across rich CX and marketing data streams, building ETL pipelines that land clean data in Snowflake, standing up reverse ETL flows that push modeled data back into operational systems, or wiring LLM capabilities into product surfaces so that non-technical teammates can get answers from data conversationally. Dashboarding work in Omni is also part of the mix, both building dashboards directly and building web experiences that embed or extend them.

• Strong full stack experience with React, Next.js, and SQL. You can move fluidly between frontend components, API routes, and warehouse queries.
• Comfort deploying and operating on Vercel.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse), including schema design, performance tuning, and writing non-trivial analytical SQL.
• Experience building ETL pipelines to ingest data from SaaS sources, event streams, and APIs into a warehouse.
• Experience with reverse ETL patterns to sync warehouse data back out to marketing, CX, or operational tools.
• Ability to design and build dashboards and data visualizations, ideally in Omni (or tools like Looker, Hex, Mode).
• A track record of shipping production web applications, not just prototypes.

• Experience integrating LLMs or agentic AI into production apps (OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, RAG, tool use, embeddings, vector search).
• Prior work on AI-powered internal tools, conversational analytics, or natural language to SQL interfaces.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tooling like dbt and Fivetran.
• Experience working with CX platforms such as Kustomer, Five9, and Salesforce.
• Experience with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
