Audubon is currently seeking a Director of E&I Construction to join our team in our Houston Energy Corridor Office. The Director of E&I Construction reports directly to the Vice President, Construction and is responsible for building, leading, and continuously improving Audubon’s E&I construction program. The Director will develop a team of E&I specialists who support project teams and manage E&I scopes delivered by qualified subcontractors across the Company’s projects. Because E&I work is currently subcontracted, a central responsibility is to establish and administer a consistent process for evaluating, qualifying, selecting, and monitoring E&I subcontractors, while ensuring their work meets project requirements for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and turnover. The Director will set program standards and provide hands-on functional leadership from estimating and planning through field execution, commissioning, and closeout. The role will also assess and develop the people, procedures, systems, equipment, and controls that would be needed if the Company elects to establish in-house E&I construction capabilities in the future.
