Bookbinder Operator

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating bookbinding machines to assemble, bind, and finish books and other printed materials to high standards of quality. • →Set up, operate, and maintain bookbinding machines efficiently and safely.
• →Prepare materials such as paper, covers, and adhesives for binding processes.
• →Monitor the binding process to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• →Inspect completed books for defects and perform necessary quality checks.
• →Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operation.
• →Keep accurate production records and report any machine malfunctions or issues.

• Proven experience as a Bookbinder Operator or similar role in print production.
• Familiarity with various bookbinding techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot bookbinding machinery.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
