Responsibilities

→ Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
→ Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials accurately.
→ Construct and install doors, frames, walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, and other structures.
→ Perform rough and finish carpentry work as required.
→ Install and repair wooden fixtures, fittings, and structures.
→ Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and effectively.
→ Ensure all work is properly aligned, level, secure, and finished to the required standard.
→ Carry out renovations, repairs, maintenance, and alterations.
→ Work with other trades to coordinate construction and installation activities.
→ Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
→ Follow site safety procedures and applicable building regulations.
→ Inspect completed work and correct defects or issues as required.
