• →Set up and operate CNC machines for the fabrication of precision parts.
• →Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
• →Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
• →Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• →Conduct quality inspections on finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• →Collaborate closely with engineers and team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
• →Maintain accurate records of production data, including timing, quantities, and completed work.
• →Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• →Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• →Strong understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• →Familiarity with CNC machinery operations and maintenance procedures.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
