Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, degreasing, sanding, masking, and removing rust or other contaminants as required.
Mix paints, primers, and coatings in accordance with manufacturer instructions and specified ratios.
Operate industrial spray guns and associated painting equipment safely and effectively.
Apply paint and protective coatings evenly to achieve the required finish, thickness, and coverage.
Follow job specifications, colour requirements, and customer quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects such as runs, sags, uneven coverage, overspray, and surface imperfections.
Carry out touch-ups and corrective work where necessary.
Monitor paint usage and minimise material waste.
Clean and maintain spray guns, hoses, filters, and other equipment after use.
Ensure products are dried or cured in accordance with the required procedures.
Complete relevant production and quality control records.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Report equipment faults, material shortages, and quality issues to the supervisor.
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.

Previous experience in industrial spraying, spray painting, or surface coating is desirable.
Knowledge of industrial paints, primers, coatings, and surface preparation techniques.
Experience using spray guns and paint mixing equipment is an advantage.
Understanding of drying and curing processes.
Ability to follow technical instructions and quality standards.
Relevant painting or coating qualifications are an advantage.
