In this position, you will be responsible for utilizing MIG welding techniques to build, repair, and assemble metal structures and components with precision. • →Operate MIG welding equipment to complete tasks according to design specifications and safety guidelines.
• →Analyze blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to determine welding requirements and procedures.
• →Conduct quality inspections of welds to ensure durability and compliance with industry standards.
• →Coordinate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize welding processes.
• →Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
• →Keep accurate records of welding activities, materials used, and any adjustments made during fabrication.
• →Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance welding skills and stay current with industry advancements.

• →High school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification in MIG welding.
• →Demonstrated experience working as a MIG Welder in a production or manufacturing setting.
• →Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques and ability to work with various metal types.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding instructions accurately.
• →Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
• →Physical stamina and dexterity to perform welding work safely and effectively.
• →Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and communication.
