Aureol Global Connections is seeking 4 experienced Pipefitter Chargehands to lead our skilled team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for overseeing pipefitting work on various projects, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are consistently met. • →Supervise and mentor a team of Pipefitters, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
• →Plan and coordinate piping installation activities based on project specifications and deadlines.
• →Review blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements and resource allocation.
• →Perform hands-on pipefitting work as needed while overseeing team operations.
• →Inspect completed installations for quality and compliance with industry standards.
• →Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project execution.
• →Maintain a safe and organized work environment, implementing safety measures and practices.
• →Provide regular training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• →High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in pipefitting or plumbing is preferred.
• →Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pipefitter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or chargehand role.
• →Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• →Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• →Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• →Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• →Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• →Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications in pipefitting.
