• →Install and commission new plant machinery and equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• →Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of plant equipment, ensuring optimal operation.
• →Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• →Conduct inspections and assessments of plant machinery to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• →Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, along with any necessary reports.
• →Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• →Adhere to health and safety regulations during all maintenance and repair tasks.
• →Assist in training junior technicians on equipment operations and safety practices.

• →High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
• →Proven experience as a Plant Fitter or in a similar position within the construction or industrial sectors.
• →Strong knowledge of plant machinery, equipment maintenance, and repair techniques.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• →Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• →Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.
• →Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as required.
