Responsibilities

→Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, pipes, and plumbing fixtures.
→Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, leaks, blockages, and faulty fittings.
→Install and repair sinks, toilets, showers, taps, water heaters, and related equipment.
→Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
→Read and interpret plumbing drawings, technical specifications, and installation plans.
→Test plumbing systems to identify leaks and ensure proper operation.
→Perform pipe cutting, threading, bending, joining, and fitting as required.
→Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
→Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
→Prepare reports on completed work, maintenance activities, and materials used.
→Coordinate with other technicians and construction personnel when required.

Requirements

Relevant vocational training or qualification in plumbing or a related field.
Previous experience working as a plumber in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems.
Ability to use plumbing tools, testing equipment, and materials safely.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
