• →Develop and implement CNC programs for turning operations based on technical drawings and specifications.
• →Set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring optimal machine performance and tool efficiency.
• →Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy of components.
• →Conduct regular inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• →Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
• →Document production data, including programming changes, tooling used, and inspection results.
• →Adhere to all safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• →Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices in CNC turning and machining technology.

• →Proven experience as a CNC Turning Programmer in a precision machining environment.
• →Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and CAD/CAM software.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• →Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and related machinery.
