• →High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing is a plus.
• →Proven experience as a Production Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
• →Strong understanding of production processes and machinery operation.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
• →Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• →Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
