As a Slabber, you will be responsible for handling and processing slab materials, ensuring cuts and finishes meet precise specifications. Your role is crucial in maintaining quality and efficiency during production. • →Operate slab processing equipment to cut, shape, and finish materials according to project requirements.
• →Inspect slabs for defects and ensure all finished pieces meet quality standards.
• →Handle, store, and transport slabs safely within the production area.
• →Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• →Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• →Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• →Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in slab handling or processing preferred.
• Familiarity with slab cutting and finishing equipment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials safely.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to material handling and equipment operation.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
