About This Position
Austin Human Resources is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Intelligence Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position combines data analysis, Workday Recruiting expertise, and business process improvement to strengthen hiring operations and inform recruitment strategy.
The consultant will develop reports and dashboards using current and legacy applicant tracking data, advise recruiters and hiring managers on complex system issues, and help configure and enhance Workday Recruiting business processes. Working with system teams and external service providers, this role will translate operational needs into practical solutions, align recruiting procedures with City policies, and use labor market information and sourcing tools to support targeted recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Demonstrated experience using Workday Recruiting to advise recruiters and hiring managers on resolving complex issues and improving recruiting operations.
- →Demonstrated experience in configuring Workday Business Process steps.
- →Advanced experience in extracting, reconciling, and analyzing data from current and legacy applicant tracking systems, and developing reports, dashboards, or other tools that support talent acquisition strategy and operational decisions.
- →Demonstrated experience representing talent acquisition in system planning and enhancement efforts, including defining operational requirements, testing changes, and supporting recruiting administration, business process, and security configuration as needed.
- →Demonstrated experience developing recruiting procedures and partnering with system teams to implement enhancements that align technology with hiring policies, established practices, and new process requirements.
- →Demonstrated experience managing or supporting external vendors, including talent suppliers, outreach partners, and providers of employment eligibility (I-9 and E-Verify), unemployment claims, or related HR services.
- →Demonstrated experience using labor market information, candidate data, and sourcing tools to identify prospective talent and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Hours may vary based on operational needs. Alternative schedules and remote work/teleworking options are available; however, this position requires working in the office at least 40% of each workweek. Remote work/teleworking options are available upon successful completion of the standard probationary period, subject to operational needs and supervisory approval.
