You will work across business partners, business architecture, product management, engineering, and IT teams to translate business strategy into scalable capabilities and successful outcomes.

This role requires someone who can operate independently, think beyond individual requirements, understand end-to-end and downstream impacts, and help shape solutions that address both immediate and longer-term business needs.

  • →Requirements & capability definition: Refine business capabilities and translate them into detailed business requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria aligned with program objectives

  • →Stakeholder alignment: Facilitate working sessions that bring stakeholders together around business objectives, requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes
  • →Product & engineering partnership: Serve as a trusted liaison between business partners, Product Managers, architects, and engineering teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements

  • →Ownership & autonomy: Operate with limited oversight while recognizing when broader alignment, escalation, or specialized expertise is required
  • →Future-focused thinking: Advocate for scalable capabilities that support longer-term strategic needs rather than narrowly solving individual use cases
