In this role, you have overall responsibility for the Planning and Execution of short/long-term Channel programs and initiatives in LATAM. This role works closely with various Geo and regional stakeholders across business functions and leads or supports the global or GEO channel framework, including ad hoc global projects for our partners.

Channel Program Management for LATAM

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and management of global channel programs in LATAM
- →
Share global channel strategies and objectives with internal and external stakeholders and support to build regional channel programs if necessary to drive company KPIs

Represent the LATAM /Corporate Channel Program taskforce/teams, ensuring GEO needs are well covered
- →
Ensure, in cooperation with other functions, that the programs work effectively in countries in LATAM (business-wise, financially, legally)

Implementation, including training and providing ongoing business support
- →
Understand corporate strategies from a Channel perspective and deliver them to Partners

Analysis of partner performance of implemented programs and KPIs

Become a subject matter expert on the management of the following specific programs:

Channel Partner Framework, including Backend Incentives programs and the Partner Specialization program, ongoing compliance monitoring of the requirements

Channel Programs per partner type

Managing Channel Communications

Build strong relationships and trust with the stakeholders based on channel framework expertise and leadership

Partner events including on-boarding training, Partner Briefing, Partner Advisory Board, etc

Lead or Support Global/GEO Channel Program Initiatives

Based on strategic objectives and directions from leadership, design programs/initiatives or processes addressing business needs
Requirements

Experience working with other regions or global teams
Project management skills (incl. managing project team members)
