Software QA Engineer / QA Operations
Quick Summary
Work together with scrum teams. Support both manual and automated testing. Design and maintain product test cases, report and track defects,
We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong operations focus to join our team in Kraków and play a critical role in protecting release quality and minimizing customer disruption. Our Kraków‑based teams develop civil engineering software, including Autodesk Civil 3D, supporting civil engineers throughout both the design and construction phases of their projects.
What makes this role unique is its strong QA operations focus. Beyond traditional testing, you will take ownership of quality signals, help teams turn data and insights into action, and ensure that issues are driven efficiently from detection to resolution. You will work at the intersection of release readiness, customer feedback, and cross‑team collaboration.
The successful candidate will bring a flexible, curious, and proactive approach, embracing new tools and workflows as QA and development practices evolve. You’ll balance independent ownership with close collaboration across multiple teams, while still contributing hands‑on to manual and automated testing, leveraging strong domain knowledge and a passion for quality.
If you are motivated by ownership, customer impact, and working in a dynamic, release‑driven environment, this role offers an opportunity to grow your skills and shape how quality is delivered at scale.
At Autodesk we work in a Hybrid working model from our Krakow office location.
