In this central role, you will support and shape treasury-related projects and processes across the Group. You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal, contributing directly to sound financial decision-making and the optimisation of Group liquidity.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the Group’s liquidity forecasting methodology, governance, and planning process.
- →Consolidate, review, and challenge rolling 13-week and 12-month cash flow forecasts across the Group.
- →Develop the annual top-down liquidity outlook and support long-term cash planning.
- →Analyse forecast variances, liquidity drivers, and funding requirements.
- →Manage operational foreign exchange exposures and support the execution and monitoring of FX hedging activities.
- →Identify investment opportunities and funding needs to optimise Group liquidity.
- →Prepare liquidity reporting and provide decision support for senior management.
- →Drive automation, AI initiatives, and the continuous improvement of forecasting and reporting processes.
- →Support treasury policy compliance and contribute to cross-functional treasury projects.
- Several years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Cash & Liquidity Management, ideally in an international organisation.
- Strong experience in liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and forecast analysis.
- A solid understanding of FX risk management and hedging activities.
- A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field—or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems and automation or digitalisation initiatives is a plus.
- Very good Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills for working across functions and countries.
