→Manage full cycle accounting and general ledger activities
→Prepare and review financial statements and reports
→Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
→Support budgeting and forecasting
→Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
→Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations in the UAE
→Support payroll processing and related accounting entries, including commission calculations and processing for the sales team
→Support invoice creation and manage invoice status tracking/updates, including following up with clients on outstanding invoices
→Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external parties as needed
→Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting requests
→Support transfer pricing documentation and processes between the US and UAE auxi entities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
→Prepare and maintain intercompany invoices and related accounting entries for cross-entity transfers
→Liaise with external advisors and tax authorities on transfer pricing matters as needed

→Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
→5+ Years of Experience
→Proven experience working with UAE entities
→Strong understanding of UAE accounting and regulatory requirements, including tax
→Tax experience required
→Prior experience with QBO (QuickBooks Online) is a must
→SaaS experience
→Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
→Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
