Shipping Coordinator

• →Demonstrate commitment to safety first; communicates safety concerns; promotes safe work environment
• →Operate a wide variety of equipment to move boxes, stock materials and manage shipments (forklift, pallet jack)
• →Perform shipping activities and prepare bill of ladings as needed for transport companies, (UPS, FedEx, LTL, emergency orders, or general deliveries)
• →Maintain shipping and ensure accurate entry in inventory system
• →Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times and adhere to the 5’S housekeeping standards
• →Assist with physical inventory and other inventory processes as requested
• →Participate in team training as assigned
• →Other duties as assigned

• Be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
• Ability to work independently and interact across all levels of the organization
• Basic computer skills, previous experience with inventory system; Microsoft NAV preferred
• Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time; climbing stairs is required
• Forklift certification required
• Strong attention to detail with organization skills

·        High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

·        Two (2) years’ warehouse experience required

·        Push, pull, or lift 50-100 pounds

·        Operate pallet jack and forklift
