We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Lead with a strong background in Control & Automation to spearhead our international project.

🚀 Your Role in Leading Automation:

• Lead a team of talented engineers and technical experts to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art control and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and growth.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for various industries.
• Conduct regular reviews, assessments, and quality checks to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation project timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop P&IDs and loop descriptions for various plants, processes, and/or equipment.
• Develop User Requirement Specifications.
• Develop software and hardware design specifications.
• Design, write, implement, test and document PLC, DCS and HMI software.
• Develop control system validation/testing protocols.
• Specify and purchase process instrumentation.
• Specify and purchase PLCs, DCSs, drives, and other electrical components and equipment.
• Develop electrical and control panel schematics.
• Develop scope of supply documents.
• Assist with estimates of man-hours required to complete projects.
• Install, test, and start-up control systems on-site.
• Train operators and engineers on control systems.

🎯 What You'll Bring to the Team:

• ✔️ B.E (Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics) from a recognized institute.
• ✔️ Minimum of 7 – 8 years of practical experience working as Automation Engineer/Lead Engineer delivering to Process Control System requirements.
• ✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse technical team.
• ✔️ Experience of implementing automation/electrical solutions and writing software code.
• ✔️ Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• ✔️ Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication with English speaking skills and the ability to generate strong and lasting relationships with customers.
• ✔️ Good knowledge of process control automation system (DCS/PLC/SCADA/Field Instrumentation) functions and applications.
• ✔️ Good computer skills and with an ability to understand automation and engineering technologies.
• ✔️ Knowledge of process manufacturing, field instrumentation, control system installation and implementation expertise in all project phases (Requirements, Design, Implementation, Integration, Testing, Startup).
