We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Technical (General) with strong Low Voltage (LV) Systems experience to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LV electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical operations, along with the ability to lead and support maintenance activities across different environments.

Responsibilities

→Install, maintain, and repair LV electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
→Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of LV equipment.
→Troubleshoot electrical faults and LV panel issues and implement corrective actions.
→Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
→Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable electrical standards.
→Assist with testing and commissioning of LV systems.
→Monitor system performance and respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls.
→Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports.
→Support other MEP maintenance activities when required.

Requirements

Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or E&I.
5–6 years of relevant experience in LV systems maintenance.
Strong knowledge of LV panels, electrical distribution, and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and standards.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, BMS, or general maintenance will be an advantage.
Familiarity with MS Office, Honeywell DDC Engineering Software, and Rockwell Engineering Software.
Basic understanding of programming concepts.
Physically fit and comfortable working onsite across different environments, with frequent travel as required.
