Procurement Specialist – Operativer Einkauf (m/w/d)

• Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung der Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesse, einschließlich des Bestellmanagements, der termingerechten Nachverfolgung sowie der Klärung von Liefer- und Bestandsabweichungen. 
• Überwachung offener Bestellungen, Lösung von Serviceproblemen und Eskalation kritischer Fälle bei Bedarf. 
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus Supply Chain, Vertrieb, Customer Service, Logistik, Transport und strategischem Einkauf. 
• Umfassendes Lieferantenmanagement einschließlich der Steuerung von Lieferanten, Logistikpartnern und Import-/Exportprozessen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten, zuverlässigen und termingerechten Lieferkette. 
• Koordination und aktive Gestaltung operativer Lieferantenmeetings sowie Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Lieferantenperformance, relevanter Kennzahlen und der Datenqualität. 
• Aktive Anwendung von Lean-Management-Methoden zur Identifikation, Initiierung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Prozess- und Effizienzverbesserungen. 

• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Vergleichbarem. 
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit ERP- (SAP) sowie gängige Office Tools und Excel; Erfahrung mit Datenanalysen und Power BI ist von Vorteil.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit.
• Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein und der Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Lean Management sowie die Fähigkeit, entsprechende Methoden im Arbeitsalltag anzuwenden; ausgeprägtes Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung und Weiterentwicklung in diesem Bereich. 
• Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Sicherheit im operativen Handeln sowie die Fähigkeit, die Führungskraft bei fachlichen und organisatorischen Themen proaktiv und federführend zu unterstützen.
