(Senior) Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) – Spritzguss

Wir – Ritter, part of Avantor – suchen einen (Senior) Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) in unbefristeter Anstellung für unseren Produktionsbetrieb, speziell im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss.

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
• Alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld
• Erfahrung im Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktionsanlagen
• Ausgeprägtes technisches und mechanisches Verständnis
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh-, Spät-, und Nachtschicht)

• Einrichten, Bedienen, Steuern und Überwachen unserer Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Spritzguss
• Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs hinsichtlich Qualität, Menge und Effizienz
• Eigenständiges Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen an der Fertigungslinie
• Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und festgelegten Prozessparametern
• Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten mittels Betriebsdatenerfassungssystem
• Unterstützung der Schichtleitung bei der Einarbeitung und Betreuung von Produktionsmitarbeitern
• Verantwortung für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Produktionsbereich
