Subcontracts Administrator IV

• →Knowledge of FAR/DFARS subcontracts principles.

• →Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.
• →Demonstrated experience administering complex subcontracts for government and commercial programs.
• →Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

• →Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.

• →Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement tools preferred.

Physical Demands

• →Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 lbs.), bend, etc.  Hand and wrist dexterity to utilize the computer.
• →Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• →May require 10 % travel to Subcontractor sites and special company functions.

ITAR

• U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to travel within the Continental U.S. and internationally when required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required customer or government security clearances.

Work Location

• On site in an office environment which is climate controlled  
• Initial work location will be Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days on site based on business needs and leadership direction. Must be a commutable distance from an AV office.
