- →Deliver proactive solutions that elevate the customer journey beyond expectations
- →Collaborate with CX Coaches and Service Excellence Leaders to optimize performance and results
- Passionate about CX & Brand Representation – You go beyond customer service; you create experiences
- Advanced Fluent in English (C2 Level) – Strong, fluent communication in English is key
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – You embrace digital tools and evolving processes
