As a CX Customer Representative, you won’t just answer calls—you’ll be a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values and excellence of the brands we represent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, personalized support across multiple customer channels
  • Act as an extension of our clients' brands, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and premium
  • Utilize leading CX technology (e.g., Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk) to enhance the customer experience
  • Deliver proactive solutions that elevate the customer journey beyond expectations
  • Collaborate with CX Coaches and Service Excellence Leaders to optimize performance and results
  • Passionate about CX & Brand Representation – You go beyond customer service; you create experiences
  • Advanced Fluent in English (C2 Level) – Strong, fluent communication in English is key
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – You embrace digital tools and evolving processes
  • Driven by Excellence – You have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
  • A Team Player – Collaboration is at the heart of what we do
