Chef - Rutland Water

We're looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team at Rutland Water during an exciting period of new site expansions and opportunities, and investment. This is more than a kitchen role. As our Chef, you'll be at the heart of our catering operation, helping to deliver exceptional food and service while maintaining the highest standards.

You'll be responsible for:

  Preparing and serving fresh, high-quality dishes

• →

  Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards

• →

  Managing stock ordering and control to reduce waste and maximise efficiency

• →

  Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy kitchen

• →

  Contributing creative ideas to menus, products and customer experiences

• →

  Providing outstanding service and building positive relationships with visitors and colleagues

We're looking for someone who loves great food and takes pride in creating experiences that customers remember.

You'll have:

• Experience working in a fresh food environment

• Strong food preparation and culinary skills

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service

• A positive, proactive and reliable approach

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

• CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene in Catering (desirable)
