Salary: £33,000, Permanent role.

Location: Huntingdon, Peterborough, Lincoln or Norwich base. Please note your placements and final role may vary across the region and departments, so flexibility is essential.

Your programme 

Working within the Programme & Change Delivery Team as a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of business-critical projects that drive improvements across the organisation. Working closely with sponsors, senior leaders, business stakeholders and change professionals, you will ensure projects deliver their intended outcomes, realise measurable benefits, and create lasting value.

For this role, you’ll need to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
