→Strong understanding of healthcare principles, including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and pathophysiology.
→Ability to analyze complex situations, make sound clinical judgments, and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
→Effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures clearly and empathetically.
→Strong computer proficiency and understanding and knowledge of EHR and healthcare technologies.
→Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
→Willingness to pursue continuing education and stay updated on advances in Women’s Health.
→Must be able to work at each practice location as scheduled.

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MS, MSN, or DNP).
Board certification in WHNP, FNP, or ANP
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse working in Women's Health, including OB, required.
Can perform both IUD and Nexplanon device insertions and removals highly preferred.
Experience independently performing endometrial biopsies highly preferred.
Colposcopy trained and independent a plus.
Ability to read mammography and sonography imaging.
Knowledge of lab order sets.
