• Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
• Improve database performance, scalability, and reliability across large datasets
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting, analytics, and data integration needs
• Maintain and enhance existing database structures and data pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in production environments
• Contribute to data governance, quality, and consistency initiatives

• 10+ years of experience in SQL development and database programming
• Strong expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar RDBMS)
• Proven experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Experience working with large-scale data environments and optimizing query performance
• Familiarity with data modeling, indexing strategies, and database design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
