This team operates in a highly regulated financial services environment where accuracy, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration are critical. The role supports a business area focused on strengthening operational performance, improving workflow efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across collateral and margin management functions.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in White Plains, New York, supporting a capital markets operations team with exposure to derivative operations, margin call management, reconciliations, reporting, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders while contributing to process improvements and operational performance monitoring.
- Support collateral and margin management activities across derivative products, including margin call management, reconciliations, and controls.
- Collect, review, and analyze operational data to identify trends, workflow bottlenecks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentations to support business planning, leadership updates, and operational performance tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve process consistency, and support operational efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with the development, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators tied to margin, collateral, reconciliation, and process improvement activities.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement efforts that enhance data visibility, control effectiveness, and overall operational performance.
- Senior-level experience in operations analysis, business analysis, process improvement, or a related financial services operations function.
- Strong understanding of collateral management, margin processes, reconciliations, controls, or derivative operations preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
- Experience with data visualization or dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with process mapping, workflow documentation, project tracking, or operational improvement tools.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to prepare summaries, present findings, and collaborate with business and operations stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in White Plains, NY.
