The position provides exposure to modern testing tools, automation frameworks, CI/CD test execution, API testing, ETL/data validation, and performance testing practices while allowing the selected candidate to help shape QA standards, templates, and best practices across the team.

• Design, create, and maintain automated and manual test scripts that support high-quality software delivery.
• Recommend software testing tools and solutions based on the technologies used by the agile teams.
• Contribute to test automation frameworks, templates, standards, and reusable QA practices.
• Support CI/CD test execution by implementing and maintaining software testing tools within delivery pipelines.
• Participate in user story grooming and collaborate closely with agile team members to define clear testing coverage.
• Perform peer reviews of automated test scripts to ensure quality, consistency, and maintainability.
• Document QA processes, testing practices, and tool usage to support team adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Coach agile team members on QA practices, testing tools, and quality-focused delivery methods.
• Support testing across UI, API, ETL/data integration, and performance testing needs.

• 3–5 years of Quality Assurance analyst experience in a technical software environment.
• 3–5 years of experience using test management tools such as Octane, Quality Center, or Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• 3–5 years of experience with UI test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, UFT, TestProject, or Microsoft Test Studio.
• 3+ years of experience with source-to-target data integration or ETL testing.
• 3+ years of experience with API testing.
• 1–3 years of agile delivery experience in a matrixed organization.
• Proven experience with software test automation frameworks.
• Experience maintaining software testing tools and supporting CI/CD test execution.
• Strong understanding of QA standards, software testing best practices, and current QA trends.
• High school diploma or GED required, with knowledge typically gained through 5+ years of work experience.
• Preferred experience with API testing tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI / SoapUI Pro.
• Preferred experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or ReadyAPI Performance.
• Preferred experience with automated data validation tools such as QuerySurge, RightData, or PowerCenter.
• Preferred 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and peer review skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to collective team success.
