Join a technology organization focused on building secure, scalable, and business-aligned digital solutions. This team partners closely with Agile delivery groups, product stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architecture leaders to shape technology decisions, improve solution quality, and support predictable execution across complex initiatives.

This is a permanent direct hire opportunity based onsite 4 days per week in South Park, Charlotte, NC. The role is ideal for a senior technical leader who enjoys staying close to delivery while influencing architecture, mentoring development teams, and helping modernize enterprise technology practices. The position follows normal business hours and offers the opportunity to guide full lifecycle solution delivery across cloud-based, full-stack application environments.

• Design scalable, secure, and practical solution architectures that translate business needs into clear technical direction.
• Partner with Agile delivery teams, product owners, developers, and enterprise architecture to guide implementation from concept through delivery.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, integration impacts, scalability concerns, dependencies, and architectural risks across multiple initiatives.
• Provide technology recommendations, design oversight, and architectural guardrails to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
• Mentor developers and delivery teams on sound engineering practices, system design, integration patterns, and responsible AI-enabled development.
• Support build-versus-buy evaluations involving custom applications, SaaS tools, packaged platforms, and modernization opportunities.
• Communicate technical risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, solution design, technical leadership, or architecture-focused roles.
• Hands-on background designing and delivering full-stack web applications.
• Strong experience with .NET, C#, SQL, Git, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience designing solutions in Azure or a comparable cloud environment; Azure is preferred.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system design, distributed architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise development standards.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, Application Architect, or senior developer guiding technical design decisions.
• Ability to explain technical decisions, tradeoffs, and risks to delivery teams, business stakeholders, architects, and leadership.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled development practices and emerging AI technologies is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week in South Park, Charlotte, NC.
