Manager Industrial Lead and Product Data Group, Lund

Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for turning innovation into reality? We're looking for a Manager to lead our Industrial Lead and Product Data Group team within Global Industrialization. Join us in Lund and play a key role in taking Axis' products from the drawing board to volume production!

You will lead a team of approximately 11 people, consisting of Industrial Leads and the Product Data Group (PDG). The Industrial Leads are creative and ambitious individuals who plan, coordinate, and drive industrialization activities across product development projects. They work at the intersection of R&D, New Business, and Operations — as well as with Axis' contract manufacturers — making the role highly collaborative with many interfaces.

The Product Data Group consists of self-driven and highly dedicated individuals responsible for creating part numbers in PLM systems, building Sales Unit structures, designing product labels, and much more.

Together, these teams are a vital part of Global Industrialization, which also includes Production & Test functions, Quality and Packaging engineers — a department of around 150 skilled colleagues working together to bring Axis' innovations to life at scale.

As a manager, your primary focus is to develop and lead your team. You will work in close partnership with the other two Industrial Lead managers, always striving to simplify and make ways of working more efficient across the teams. You are expected to coach, challenge, and support your team members in their mission of making innovations come true.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• →Shaping the direction and strategy of Global Industrialization by taking an active part in collaborating across the department’s management team.
• →Representing Operations in project steering groups, actively contributing to the management of product development projects.
• →Driving continuous improvement within industrialization to ensure efficient and high-quality output, including maintaining the Industrial Leads' parts of Axis product development processes.
• →Building strong cross-functional relationships with R&D, Axis' contract manufacturers, and other departments within Operations.
• →Collaborating across Industrial Lead teams, partnering with the other two IL managers to align ways of working and drive efficiency.
• →Managing budget and resource planning for your teams, ensuring optimal allocation to support project delivery and team development.
