Product Operations Manager II, GTM Strategy
Quick Summary
Hybrid at one of our Axon hub offices Reports to: Head of Product Operations,
At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
Axon Air is redefining how organizations see and respond to the world through next-generation drone solutions — spanning Public Safety, Enterprise, Utilities, and Federal customers. As Product Operations Manager II, GTM Strategy, you will own the go-to-market engine across this entire product line: how we price, package, quote, launch, and position Axon Air across each of these markets. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Partners, and Finance — translating product strategy into commercial execution and spotting the sales and market shifts before they become problems. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to shape strategy, not just support it, and who is energized by ambiguous, high-stakes conversations with both internal leaders and external partners.
