Responsibilities 

As a Senior Quantitative Developer, you will work closely with our research team to deliver solutions across strategy research, systematic trading, and risk management. Your work will include:

  • Designing and maintaining global multi-market connectivity, and building cross-region, multi-asset-class data, research, backtesting, and trading systems

  • Designing and maintaining event-driven, high-frequency backtesting and simulation frameworks, ensuring consistency in data semantics and time models across research, backtesting, and production environments to accelerate strategy iteration and deployment

  • Designing and iterating on order management, execution algorithms, and real-time risk systems, balancing system performance, correctness, and stability

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, or 3+ years of development experience in quantitative investment or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or Financial Mathematics from a top-tier institution
  • Strong programming skills and computer science fundamentals; proficient in Python and at least one statically-typed language (C++ / Rust / Go)

  • Proficient in Linux systems programming, networking, and concurrency

  • Solid engineering habits and excellent communication skills

  • Curiosity, drive, and the ability to tackle novel problems

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
  • End-to-end experience building production trading systems across markets, asset classes, or strategies

  • Experience as a tech lead or in team management

  • Effective use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
