We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with sound judgement and deep product thinking to shape Axtria's product experience. You'll lead end-to-end design across web and mobile, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers and designers to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive SaaS tools for the commercial operations of life sciences organizations.

Responsibilities

  • →Own end-to-end design for product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
  • →Turn ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions, working closely with product and engineering.
  • →Connect design decisions to business and customer outcomes. Be clear about what a design is meant to change and how we'll know it worked.
  • →Design how users work with AI and agents: how they give direction, see what the agent did, correct it, and trust the result.
  • →Think in systems. Spot patterns, build for reuse, and help shape the design system, not just use it, with a focus on consistency, scalability and craft.
  • →Present your work with clear rationale, take in feedback from stakeholders, and hold a high-quality bar across the product lifecycle.
  • →Use AI in your own design process to move faster and raise the quality of your output.
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms or enterprise software.
  • Past work on SaaS products & life sciences or pharma, or related industries areas.
  • Experience designing for AI agents, rich data visualizations or complex services.
  • An outstanding portfolio of thoughtfully designed products and strong visual design, showing the full design process, from strong conceptual foundations to refining the smallest details with clear rationale.
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout and motion.
  • Strong judgement. You know what good looks like, can explain why, and will hold the line when it matters.
  • Technical fluency to work with engineers as a peer: how components are built, how design decisions behave in code, and what is feasible.
  • A systems thinker who spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product.
  • An AI-native way of working. You use AI every day, you know where it helps and where it doesn't, and you design for how people will actually work with it.
  • Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents and predictive insights for real users solving real problems.
  • A self-starter who sees a gap, builds the fix and shows it working. You own outcomes and you're comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Clear communication and storytelling. You can explain design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers.
  • Clear, confident written and spoken English, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of taking projects from concept to launch in a commercial market.
