• →Assist in handling reservations and bookings

• →Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
• →Assist with checking guests in and out
• →Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries
• →Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
• →Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information

• Open exclusively for Indonesian citizen
• Minimum 1 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Diploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
