Established in 2004, we are a tech pioneer offering world-class adult entertainment and games on some of the internet’s safest and most popular platforms. With the support of an international team of dynamic and collaborative innovators, we are on a mission to enable safe user experiences and empower our communities by celebrating diversity, inclusion, and expression — all while maintaining robust trust-and-safety protocols.

We embrace the best of both worlds! Local talent can thrive in our collaborative office space with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, while remote team members play an integral role in shaping our dynamic culture from afar. We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus).

*A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance*

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and maintain React features for the streamer and viewer experiences.
  • Manage application state in Redux Toolkit
  • Work on live video and real-time communication features
  • Maintain a multi-target Webpack build
  • Keep high performance for a site serving millions of visits per day
  • Review code, including AI-generated code, and recommend improvements
  • Analyse existing processes and propose practical solutions

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of professional JavaScript (ES6+) and 2+ years of React
  • Experience with a state management library such as Redux
  • Experience with WebSockets, WebRTC or other real-time communication in production
  • Experience with a modern build tool (Webpack, Vite, Rollup, or similar)
  • Strong HTML and CSS, including SCSS or CSS Modules and responsive design
  • Sound software design skills: you can structure code around clear abstractions
  • Comfortable with Git and merge-request workflows
  • Strong written and spoken English, good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with shifting technical priorities, and a good team player
  • Experience on a large-scale, high-traffic website

Nice-to-haves:

  • SignalR or WebRTC experience (or live video streaming in general)
  • Familiarity with automated testing, linting, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Node.js or another backend language
  • Demonstrated judgment in reviewing and correcting AI-generated code
  • Evidence of restructuring workflows around AI, beyond occasional use
  • Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents and automated workflows
