Administrative Back Office Manager is setting up a new team from scratch in Lisbon and is looking for two Finance Administrative Officers to support the daily operations of our international finance function.
You will join a team of 7 people : the manager + 6 administrative officers for supporting HR, finance and procurement activities.
In 2026 team will grow to 10 people.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Administration support especially on the processing of invoices,
• Supplier communication : Serve as a contact point for suppliers regarding questions or issues.
• Data management : ensuring accuracy of supplier data in the system, preparing reports, and following up on KPIs.
• Process support : contribution to workflow industrialization, invoice accuracy checks, and adoption of the purchasing platform
• Continuous improvement : process adjustments, support during new system implementations and process optimization

Previous experience finance.

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when working with complex data.

Service‑oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in relevant tools and software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

A B2 level in French or English is required;
