• Has Expertise: 3-5 years of professional experience in your area of specialization (web design, marketing, web development).
  
  
• Is Comfortable Using the B12 Product: You’re confident in leveraging B12’s tools to help our customers grow.
  
  
• Communicates Well: You have excellent written communication skills and enjoy collaborating with clients we send your way.
  
  
• Is Flexible and Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: You’re excited by the challenge of quickly delivering high-quality websites and seamlessly transitioning between projects.
  
  
• Is Eager to Learn: You’re open to mastering new tools, especially our Design Suite.
  
  

• You’ve worked with small to medium-sized businesses before and understand their unique design needs.
  
  
• You have experience with UI/UX principles or other relevant design tools.
  
  
• You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning customer requests into well-structured designs.
