Requirements

- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
- Previous experience as a cashier would be advantageous
- Experience with clocking systems would be advantageous
- Experience with SAGE’s staff management system would be advantageous
- Fluency in Afrikaans and Englis
Responsibilities
~1 min readSupport the Farm Store Manager with the following tasks:
- →Develop work procedures and systems, and improve and renew them as necessary
- →Set the staff roster and work schedule
- →Allocate staff’s hours
- →Maintain information regarding the ERS clocking system
- →Allocate small change
- →Assist with cash transactions
- →Merchandising
- →Man the floor
- →Manage stock whilst applying FIFO rotation
- →Place internal orders
- →Transactions on the Symphony system
- →Send invoices
