Salesforce Architect

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Remuneration: R120,000 to R160,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Most senior Salesforce Architects spend most of their time untangling legacy technical debt, maintaining old orgs, and navigating slow corporate bureaucracy.

This role is not that.

You will join an award-winning European consulting partner to design and deploy live Agentforce environments, Voice Agents, and multi-agent workflows for enterprise brands across the UK and Europe. You get to work on production-grade AI integrations with a team of senior, highly skilled peers, operating fully remote from South Africa.

• Live AI Architecture: Design and deploy active Agentforce and multi-agent workflows directly into enterprise production, rather than build simple proofs of concept.
• Competitive Package: A monthly rate between R120,000 and R160,000, tied to your architectural background and technical depth.
• Architectural Authority: Complete ownership of technical blueprints, environment strategy, API integration standards, and system governance.
• Senior Engineering Peer Group: Work alongside an established team of specialists who value technical accuracy and straightforward collaboration over unnecessary process.
• Remote SA Setup: Work from anywhere in South Africa while staying aligned with European working hours.

• →Designing secure, scalable Salesforce environments integrated with multi-agent AI frameworks and external data models.
• →Serving as the primary technical authority on complex API integrations, event-driven architecture, and performance bottlenecks.
• →Leading architecture workshops with client executives across the UK and Europe to define technical roadmaps.
• →Establishing governance frameworks, environment management strategies, and delivery standards for technical teams.
• →Evaluating architectural trade-offs and steering enterprise clients away from legacy build patterns.

• Enterprise Salesforce Background: Proven experience leading technical architecture, data modelling, and multi-cloud governance for complex orgs.
• Integration Expertise: Strong technical capability with REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, and connecting Salesforce to external AI platforms or data clouds.
• AI Framework Knowledge: Practical experience or strong technical comprehension of Agentforce, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent guardrails.
• Client Consulting Skills: The ability to explain technical decisions clearly to senior client stakeholders and defend your design choices.
• Certifications: Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect are a huge advantage.
