Sr. Manager Payroll & Finance

The Senior Manager of Payroll & Finance is accountable for the administration of payroll 
systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws, tax 
obligations, and government regulations. This role is directly responsible for maintaining 
accurate payroll records, ensuring timely and correct staff payments, and overseeing 
banking activities including reconciliations and funding requirements.
A critical responsibility will be leading the transition from the current JDE Edwards payroll 
system to Oracle Fusion, positioning the Ministry to process payroll independently as a 
branch. The role also requires close collaboration with the Assistant Financial Controller to 
ensure sufficient funding across multiple currencies.
