As an ARMO Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing and assembly operations by ensuring equipment and components are assembled, tested, and maintained to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to perform assembly, functional testing, troubleshooting, and quality verification activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer requirements.

  • Assembling complex components according to assembly drawings, specifications, and bill of materials.

  • Performing functional and pressure testing on assemblies to ensure compliance with customer and business requirements.

  • Operating test equipment in accordance with engineering procedures and established standards.

  • Applying settings, calibrating, and maintaining assembly and testing tools to ensure accurate performance.

  • Performing torquing activities on various components while meeting quality and safety requirements.

  • Reading and interpreting assembly blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to execute assembly activities.

  • Troubleshooting assembly and testing issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Utilizing measuring instruments to verify dimensions, tolerances, and product quality.

  • Distributing and supporting quality notifications (QNs) and assisting in corrective actions when required.

  • Operating cranes, hoists, and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Collaborating with team members to meet production schedules and operational objectives.

  • Following all applicable safety, quality, and environmental procedures throughout daily operations.

  • Have a high school diploma, technical diploma, or equivalent qualification.

  • Have experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production operations.

  • Have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.

  • Have proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.

  • Have experience using measuring instruments and hand tools accurately.

  • Have experience performing functional and pressure testing activities.

  • Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Have the ability to safely operate cranes, hoists, and pallet jacks.

  • Have strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.

  • Have the physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the shift.

  • Have excellent teamwork and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.
