CNC Machinist II

As CNC Machinist you will be required to improve on time of Product Delivery and sustaining projects to an acceptable level.

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:

·       Understanding CNC machining principles and independently operating CNC equipment. Possessing knowledge of cutting tool selection and machining parameters.

·       Performing CNC programming, setup, and program optimization independently. Assisting engineers in the design of tooling, fixtures, and related production equipment.

·       Carrying out complex equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure stable machine operation independently.

·       Using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools proficiently.

·       Interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.

·       Identifying, analyzing, and creatively resolving production line issues to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have 3 year or above working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

·       Have a technical, high school, vocational school, or associate above, with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

·       Have basic English proficiency with the ability to read and write simple work-related documents. Fluent Chinese.

·       Have good communication and teamwork skills.

·       Be able to work overtime and rotating shifts as required, physically fit.
